Where does Plagentra USA ship to?

Plagentra USA ships to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Most of our products are available immediately—we will notify you if there is a back-order. Orders shipped via Fedex, delivered within 1-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on national holidays.

How much does shipping cost?

Plagentra USA provides free Fedex Ground Shipping for orders $50 or more in subtotal (Continental U.S. only). If your orders are under $50 there will be a fee for Fedex Ground Shipping depending on your location.

When can I find out the status of my order?

You can access your order status by signing in and reviewing your account or track your order via Fedex by the Tracking Number written on the shipping confirmation e-mail.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.

Do you accept international orders?

Plagentra USA currently only ships domestically. However, we have Plagentra USA websites of different countries for your order. Please contact our customer service for further information at: info@plagentra-usa.com

I entered wrong shipping information. How can this be fixed?

Plagentra USA is not responsible for any spelling errors or mistakes entered by the customer during the ordering process. If you make a mistake, please contact as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order. Otherwise, Plagentra USA won’t allow item to be returned or refund payment.

Can I cancel my order?

Plagentra USA will only accept cancellations before your order is shipped. Most of our products are available immediately and we will prepare to ship out.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please retain the box, the packaging materials and the items inside and contact our customer service immediately. We will provide instructions. Thank you.

SHIPPING

Shipping Within the US

Plagentra USA ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) to any street address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii from California via FedEx. Plagentra USA does not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

If you create an account at Plagentra USA website, your shipping status will update within the account and a shipping confirmed will be sent to the email address. If you did not create an account at our website, only a shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address used to complete your order.

Free Shipping

Plagentra USA provides free Fedex Ground Shipping for orders $50 or more in subtotal (Continental U.S. only). If your orders are under $50 there will be a fee for Fedex Ground Shipping depending on your location.

Free shipping is determined based on the merchandise subtotal before tax or after promotions code is applied. Offer only valid for one shipping address per order.

Expedited Shipping by Fedex and UPS

Plagentra USA provides expedited shipping options during the checkout process. Extra fee would be charged.

Shipping Outside the US

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellations

Plagentra-USA will accept cancellations of your order only before 4 p.m. PST. (Please go to the Order Status page or Contact our customer service.)

Returns and Exchange Policy

Product condition

The item must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Any item deemed “used” will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection it is Plagentra-USA’s sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects.

Return Shipping

  1. Please contact our customer service for return request. After receiving a return authorization from Plagentra-USA, you will get a return authorization number via email.
  2. Carefully pack items into the box and include the invoice.
  3. Take the package to any UPS
  4. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Refund
Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. The time to process and post the transaction to your account can vary and is determined by your banking institution. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
