Good, not great. I have mixed feelings about this! On one hand, the soothing relief aspect of this was perfect. My daughter had really bad diaper rash and as soon as the cream was put on, she calmed down and you could tell that she was no longer in pain. However, after putting a decent amount on and her sleeping overnight, she still had red patches - they looked better, but it wasn't completely healed. We have previously used Dr. Smiths and it has always cleared up diaper rash over night. As far as immediate relief, I give this product a 10/10. But for bad diaper rash, we are going to have to stick with our Dr. Smiths to guarantee full healing. I will say though, this product is definitely useful for many things. Our other daughter has eczema and this has reduced her irritation by quite a bit, and no other creams or lotions have been able to do this! All in all, great product, but only for specific skin ailments. One size doesn't fit all.

Love Plagentra, but this one sadly didn't work out for us. I really truly love Plagentra. We have come to the please of trying several of their products over the course of the past months and so far, all of them have come to please us to fullest extend. This one sadly hasn't. The lotion itself is very liquidy and thin, not like most pastes. Which doesn't really matter as long as it performs what it promises. For us it just didn't work out. Now, that doesn't mean it doesn't work in general. I have come to realize that if it comes to diaper rash lotions, every child and sometimes each rash, reacts to a different kind healing aid so don't take my review as a 100% general and correct statement. Chances are It will work perfect for you/ your child. For us this sadly means, we will have to stick with Desitin :/ I hate to give stars for this product, just because these things vary between individuals, but since i have to i will give it 3 stars. I don't hate it, it just didn't work out for us.

Better than honest company balm, babyganics, aquaphor, desitin, triple paste, you name it. This is the best for red welted skin. One of my baby boys has sensitive skin that welts up very easily especially after he wets his diaper around the thigh area. It gets super red too. I had tried oatmeal bath, honest co balm, babyganics, triple paste, desitin, aquaphor, and just petroleum jelly. This works better than anything I have EVER SEEN!

The plagentra skin cream (in the red box) has worked wonderfully for my daughter-in-law's eczema. My grandson suffers from eczema and has very sensitive skin. He constantly has a diaper rash and none of the local creams sold in drugstores ever truly work! The pediatrician has even said not to bathe him but every few days to avoid further skin irritation. The plagentra skin cream (in the red box) has worked wonderfully for my daughter-in-law's eczema so, I thought I'd give the diaper rash cream a try for my geandson. This stuff works wonderfully! Thank you for such a magnificent product line!

Worked like a charm! This was immediate relief for my grandson's diaper rash! I'm not sure if it is the zinc oxide or green tea extract, or one of the other natural ingredients but it was instant relief for him. He NEVER smiles when he gets his diaper changed but this time he actually smiled and started jabbering away :) This worked great! My one caution is to check the ingredients before purchasing to make sure there's nothing your baby may be allergic to.

Awesome for dry skin. I came across this lotion as I was looking for a product that has more natural ingredients and less chemicals. I saw the company has a whole line of products and I've ordered the sunscreen and lotion to try as well. I've been very happy with this lotion so far when using it on my 2 sons (8 months and 3 yrs). The lotion is a bit thicker so I use it more for dry patches or areas that they sometimes get, especially during the summer. It goes on well and takes a few extra seconds to really rub it in. But once it's on, it stays moist for them and keeps their skin from getting dried out and itchy less often. It's a convenient travel size bottle and can be thrown into your diaper bag or taken on the airplane. The lotion has a pleasant smell that even my 3 year old loves. We leave ours in the car sometimes for moments when he gets an "itchy" spot. Works like a charm. I've been very satisfied with the lotion and would highly recommend it. I gave it 4 stars, as it takes a couple extra seconds to really rub it in well, but that's probably a good thing.

Good soothing cream, very gentle. My child had a light diaper rash and I decided to try this plagentra baby soothing relief lotion. I've been using it for a couple of days now and it seems to work really good. I love how gentle it is on my sons skin and it doesn't irritate it. The texture of this lotion is not heavy, it's very light with barely noticeable pleasant scent, but it's not too liquid. This soothing relief cream is not like typical heavy textured diaper rash cream or paste. It absorbs by skin fast and leaves it moisturized. Some people say that it doesn't work as diaper rash cream against diaper rash. The name says baby soothing relief cream, so it worked in my situation and it does soothe and got rid of irritation on my sons skin. It wasn't very heavy type of diaper rash, so I don't know how it would work in that case. It does contain zinc oxide, which is a main ingredient in diaper rash creams so I do believe it works pretty good. I love that this cream has lots of natural ingredients like licorice root extract, which is famous for its eczema treating properties, rosemary leaf extract, that kills bad bacteria and viruses on the skin and also has eczema treating properties, and camellia leaf extract, which is famous for its anti-Inflammatory properties. This combination of ingredients make this soothing relief cream a great skin product. I'm pretty sure its first purpose is to soothe any type of skin rash or eczema, and then only diaper rash in mild form. I still give it 5 stars for the results that I received.

Great hand cream! I am using this as a hand cream instead of for babies and it is great for that purpose. It is a medium thickness and smells good and cute litte packaging to keep in my purse. I am happy with this cream and the other 2 plagentra products i have tried. I think its a really nice lotion or cream that has a multiple amount of purposes. I reccomend that it be tried as a lotion as well as for babies.

Works great on sensitive even sunburn skin! Lasts a lot longer than other brands. This is a incredible line of products that I was weary to buy as I've never heard of it before. Taking the chance is well worth it and has superseded my expectations. Works like a dream and is incredible quality for the price. I used Mama Mio, Honest and everything I could find at whole foods and online. Was getting very tired of overpaying without the results. As we live in south Florida dryness is a huge factor and baby moisturizer that works is hard to find. This brand is incredible and I've bought nearly the entire line now as I'm a believer. Is thick, non greasy and most of all WORKSHOP even on sensitive sun burn skin. I bought this at a great discount but have bought brands that did half as good a job for double. Moms, give this product a try, you won't be let down.

Cleam smell, works well I had fun trying out the new product as I usually stick with the regarding stuff you can find at target or Walmart. So it was nice to get a discount so that I could review this. My 18mo daughter had a minute or diaper rash over the weekend and we tried it out and worked great! Did a great job relieving her rash and had a nice light smell (I cannot stand how strong desityn smells) all in all I would recommend and would use again. (Note she did not have a major rash so I cannot attest to how well it would work in that case)

    :

Confusing packaging. No where on the label does it say this is for diaper rash. I through the box away and had to look back at my Amazon purchases to see which product this was supposed to be. I purchased 3 other Plagentra products and all of the labels are pretty much identical. Some changes need to be made to the packaging. As far as the product, there is no scent which I really like because that typically means there are more ingredients in the cream. Did not use as a diaper rash cream because of the labeling. I used it on my kids chapped skin from this brutal cold weather we have been experiencing. Didn't make a huge difference and my 2 year old daughter cried when applied to her face. Since this is labeled as natural, that made me nervous. Won't be putting it on faces anymore, since now I know it's meant for butts

    :

This is a nice lotion, but thin for diaper protection. I thought this cream to be a bit thin to be a diaper rash cream. I like it to create a barrier of protection, but I think it's great for a baby lotion. I was displeased with the packaging and confused as to whether it should be used on the diaper area. The customer service was quick to respond and reassure me that it is a diaper cream.

Nice and smooth and smells great. It took a little bit to rub it all in but a very little amount went a long way. Love this product!
